Scoffing off the grapevine making rounds in the tinsel town nowadays, Shilpa said that Yuvraj is a dear friend. "There cannot be any romantic involvement between us. He is much younger than me," said the actress who was last seen in playing a comic role in Inder Kumar's Rishtey.

Shilpa said that she is presently concentrating on her acting career in Bollywood and she doesn't care a fig for such ‘baseless rumors.' It may be mentioned that Shilpa is currently acting in director Aruna Raje's film titled Laal Batti. She is playing a sex worker in the film.
